Cotswold Edge prides itself on knowing the members of our Sixth Form community well and tailoring support and guidance to your individual needs.

It is this highly personalised approach that will allow you to thrive and grow as a member of the local, and wider community, whilst feeling secure that you have the support of the team who work most closely with you.

The Sixth Form tutor teams combine more formal meeting time to discuss progress and destinations, alongside informal advice on everything from study skills to planning next steps. Your tutor will initially guide you in making the transition from GCSE to Post 16 student, ensuring that you have the skills, approach and mindset to really excel and achieve your full potential. The focus will shift during the course of your studies at Cotswold Edge, to provide advice and information of destinations and next steps, whether these are university courses, further education or work based training including apprenticeships. They also provide an immediate point of contact for you to discuss any personal issues and, where relevant, they will direct you to groups, organisations and resources that can further support you.
