 Thrive: Mental Wellbeing App

Thrive is an app you can download on your smartphone and provides accessible mental health support all in one place. Thrive provides you with the tools to manage your mental wellbeing, empowering you to understand your emotions, differentiate between helpful and unhelpful thoughts and be the best you can be. 

Sign up is FREE but you will need an access code, this can be provided by your Sixth Form office.
